I wrote it in an earlier post: I love green smoothies. Today a super tasty green vitamin bomb of cucumber, lime and mint: my Fresh Cucumber Smoothie! Extremely good, fresh and healthy. You should absolutely try this one out for yourself!!
Fresh Cucumber Smoothie
Adapted from the fabulous cookbook “70 Groene Smoothies”
* 1 cucumber
* juice of 2 limes
* 5 mint leaves
* 1 lt of water
1. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. It’s a simple as that!!
